We offer a complete line of stained glass, fusing and beadmaking supplies.
Please visit our store or we offer mail order via Canada Post or Greyhound (Station to Station).

We welcome retail orders, and we offer wholesale prices
to glass artists and craftsmen who are in business producing items for sale.
Wholesale customers will be asked to qualify for wholesale status
by supplying some proof of their business activities. Those customers who
have a PST certificate and/or business license must provide a copy for our files.

ORDERING:

We prefer to receive mail orders in writing via fax or e-mail as we do not have
staff devoted to taking phone orders. Please allow one business day for responses to inquiries.
We do not take orders or payment over the internet. You will be contacted for your
credit card information or it can be faxed with your order. DO NOT send your credit card info via e-mail.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please e-mail or fax us at 604-594-6311.

Please note that no supplier has everything in stock all the time. If you wish to be contacted if a
particular item on your order is out of stock then please indicate that on your order.
As a general rule orders are processed and packaged for shipment without notification of 'out of stock' items.
Customers will be contacted when their order is ready to ship. If you need to receive the order
by a specific date please indicate that on your order. We do our best to ship orders within
2 working days (see our hours). However Saturdays and Sundays are often very busy in the store
and orders received on those days are often processed on Wednesday.

Estimates on shipping: it is difficult to accurately estimate parcel post or greyhound
until the order is picked, packaged and weighed as both carriers use cubed weight or
actual whichever is greater. We offer a wide range of products and no two
orders are ever the same or package the same way.

We do not charge for handling - We only charge what the shipment cost us.
We always ship 'Insured for Loss' for the value of the shipment before taxes.
There is absolutely no coverage available for breakage of glass or ceramics.
We take care when packaging glass and only very rarely experience minor breakage.

NEW PRICES:

As the Canadian Dollar has been improving for the last year, we are pleased to pass these savings on to you.
Samples of new glass prices here. We are working on producing new price lists but feel free to call us with any price inquiries.
Please note the prices of metals have been steadily increasing (changing frequently).
We purchase our lead came and solder from Canadian manufacturers and therefore
do not benefit from the stronger Canadian dollar. Please contact us to check pricing on
metals or indicate the price on your order and we will contact you if there is a
significant increase in the price you've quoted.

Our new and improved website (with updated price lists) is scheduled to be launched January 2008.
